Repeat clients are one of the biggest complements I get as a Philadelphia family photographer. I love seeing clients come back over and over again. I get to know the kids, the parents, the entire family! Repeat family photography sessions are basically just meeting up with friends and hiking around a beautiful park. What could be better than that?? When Jen contacted me for her Allentown family photography session, I was beyond excited to photograph her family again!
I have been photographing the Kulp family since their youngest son was a newborn! We have done at least 6 different sessions with them since then. A newborn session, a mommy and me session, an extended family session, a sibling session. The list goes on and on! The boys even modeled for me for my famous creek stomping sessions. As a photographer, it has been such an honor to be asked to document their lives as their babies grow.
We traveled to Lehigh County to the Trexler Nature Preserve for this session. I have been travelling to this nature preserve for years because the Lehigh Valley Zoo is located on the preserve. As you drive into the preserve on your way to the zoo, you travel up a small one lane road to the top of a large hill (ok it’s kind of a small mountain!) that overlooks the Lehigh valley. It’s truly breathtaking. If you haven’t been there, it is a must!!!
The trails throughout the preserve are perfect for hiking and biking. And there is beautiful creek where littles can wade if they want. You can even drive over the ford in the creek on your way out of the preserve if it is open! The preserve is a wonderful nature experience that is the perfect setting for family photography. If you are considering an Allentown family photography session, I highly recommend this location!
